Six (6) of ITS Canada's current Board of Directors are up for election in 2019. The election will be held in May, with results confirmed by the members during a Membership Meeting on May 30th, 2019. You are invited to be part of the team that will influence and guide the future of ITS in Canada. We are moving ahead in exciting times, and your input, whether as a Board or Committee member, is critical. Please consider providing your skills to serve your industry.
Nominations for Directors are underway with this announcement. The closing date will be Thursday, April 18th, 2019.
Individual, Academic, Municipal, Corporate and Sustaining Corporate Members in good standing are invited to email their nominations to ITS Canada using the Nomination Forms below. Nominations must include the signatures of two nominators as well as the candidate, and a short candidate biography as per the guidelines below. We encourage you to include relevant industry and ITS Canada experience. One of the nominators may be an employee of the same member organization as the candidate. This is not a requirement. Both nominators must also be members in good standing of ITS Canada.
Completed nomination forms and biographies should be emailed (MS Word format) to nominations2019@itscanada.ca, attention: Mr. Michael Bailey, Chairman, Election Committee.
The slate of candidates will be announced immediately following closing of nominations on Friday April 19th, and a 15-day campaign period will close on Friday, May 3rd 2019. An online election process will follow, with balloting ending on or about Wednesday May 22nd 2019.
